Terms & Conditions
All work is carried out in accordance
with the client's initial website specification and original quote.
Any additional work requested by the client will be charged at a
rate or fee agreed at the time of the request.
Ownership of the website's general
design, including graphics, logos and text, belongs to the client
once the website has been fully paid for.
Ownership of the code used to build
the website, including any HTML, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL and any
associated intellectual property rights belongs to the website designer
(twothirds.co.uk) and may be used in other projects as they see
fit.
All artwork and text supplied by the
client is deemed to be fit and ready for use within the website.
Any royalties that become due or copyright infringements that may
occur are solely the responsibility of the client who supplied the
material. In no way shall twothirds.co.uk be liable for any losses
under such circumstances.
For new websites, the website will
only be made 'live' upon payment of the outstanding balance for
work carried out.
For work carried out on existing 'live'
websites, payment is due within 30 days of the work being completed.
If payment is not received in such time, the work carried out to
the website will be withdrawn until payment has been received.
Final payment for any work carried
out by twothirds.co.uk indicates acceptance that the work has been
fully completed in accordance with the specification and original
quote, and that the client is satisfied with the work.
Unless expressly stated otherwise,
twothirds.co.uk may use client's websites in promoting their services
to other clients, including making reference to such websites in
marketing material or presentations.
